Our latest piece of equipment not only cuts vinyl but it also prints it at the same time !
Artwork to vinyl immediately, no expensive screens to be made up or messy inks used, no expensive dies to be purchased. And no over laminating (this is not an inkjet machine).
Full colour (spot and CMYK Process) and metallic foils are all now possible, as is the printing of gradient fills and bitmaps. This new process is ideal for graphics that are very complex and would normally take a lot of overlaying in straight cut vinyl.
The printed vinyl is scratchproof, waterproof, sunlight proof and is fine for indoor as well as outdoor use.
Ideal for motorsport graphics, visor and helmet graphics. General signage and stunning point of sale material. Scale model manufacturers and equipment suppliers.
All graphics can also be "domed" with flexible resin for that 3D look, see our labels & badges page !
